Terrific retro part of San Antonio. Both of these units have central heat and air. The larger side, 2bedrooms/2 baths is now vacant, so it would be a great time to buy to live in one side and rent the other side. The appliances are included. Nice wood and tile floors. There are garages and parking in the back, but still little yard, pecan trees, and covered porch. The garage apartment is not functional. This duplex has been in this family for over 70 years!
