Located in the desirable WEST END of the Beach, Horizon South has too many amenities to list them all. My favorite 4 pools and mini golf. NEVER BEEN RENTED unit is fully furnished, centrally located in the complex and just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Beach! In the last 5 yrs the owners have installed NEW tile downstairs, oak steps leading upstairs and laminate flooring upstairs. The sliding doors to the back patio and to the 2nd floor deck off the guest bedroom were replaced, as well as new decking and handrails!The HVAC was replaced approx 2011. Dishwasher and thermostat approx 2 yrs old. There is a balcony of the master and a stacked washer dryer in the utility room outside the front door and an owners closet for add'l storage. This complex is great for families of all ages.
