Unit Z204, Lehi UT 84043 This unit has an excellent view with its east facing windows (great views of mt. Timpanogos) and the building being right next to the large park. The shaded deck is perfect for experiencing both of these. The unit has been well cared for, and lived in only by the owners and then one of their friends. we've added a custom electric fireplace mantle in the living room. The lighting fixtures have been upgraded (including smart ceiling fans), the kitchen faucet is upgraded, the kitchen hardware is upgraded, and the countertops are upgraded to white quartz. Included with the condo is 1 gb/s internet with a very nice router and ethernet ports added to the living room and bedrooms. The location is perfect, with only a short 3-5 minute drive down 2100 N to the freeway, and direct access to redwood road. The nearby stores, including Costco and Walmart, are about 5 minutes away. The new Primary Children's Hospital is just across 2100 N as well. The condo has a tankless water heater (which is amazing) and efficient heating and AC. The ceilings are all 9 feet. Overall, my subjective and (obviously) biased opinion is that this is a wonderful place to live. ALL utilities and HOA are an additional flat $300, and that includes a clubhouse with an indoor gym, and outdoor swimming pool with pickleball courts, and multiple parks. Laundry hookups available. You will need to provide your own washer and dryer. Pet fee: $500 non refundable deposit, and a $30 a month charge per animal. (If it's a fish, it's free) No elevator access. All utilities including 1gb/s internet, HOA, water, gas, electric, and garbage are covered in a $300 flat rate that will be in addition to the $1800 monthly rent.
