17474 Tramonto Dr. is currently in litigation with a house flipping organization which bought a bad deed to contiguous 17470 Tramonto in October 2017 for 30-cents-on-the-dollar and recorded a lis pendens on the contiguous subject home 17474 seeking to cancel deeds and sanitary sewer easement rights to the subject 17474.
