Have a coffee at Intelligentsia and check out all the vintage shops. Grab some gelato on the corner at Pazzo after you have brunch over at The Black Cat. There is a great farmers market two blocks away twice a week. This one bedroom unit has a beautiful deck with the view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Park's lovely observatory. The apartment also has a remodeled kitchen with Viking appliances and there is an outside yard for enjoying our consistently warm LA weather. The interior is tastefully decorated with a certain boho chic that makes you think Joni Mitchell or David Crosby might be included as part of the furniture. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to prepare excellent dishes at home, but why would you cook when, within walking distance, you can find all the hippest bars, cafes, and restaurants in LA? Yes, if I'm ever feeling cold or blue, I'll be "California Dreamin'" of Betsy's Silver Lake oasis. We pay all utilities.
