It includes parking, washer/dryer in unit, and is pet friendly for your best friend. Why this unit: You'll have a comfortable, easy life with warm weather, privacy, and peace. HOA: It includes water and garbage and your parking spot. Why were selling: We bought a new home and have been renting out the condo. We are ready to let it go to the next great owner. I am selling by owner to limit my downside exposure. What we love about the unit: First floor access-Moving in, going out, accessing the courtyards. Everything is just easier being on the first floor. Private Patio-Great patio which is also the best position in the building, giving you a private feel. Private feel-Again, being in the upper corner of the building gives you a private feel others don't get who are more central to the courtyard. Less direct light-It can get downright hot when the sun is pouring into your unit, but not ours you get just enough daylight but condo stays a perfect temperature One of few patio facing properties-Love the patio, so nice to have somewhere to spend time outside Big courtyard-Our unit opens to the courtyard, one of only 8 in the building. We raised our daughter and had regular dog meetups in the courtyard. It's there for use, yet no one uses it so you basically get a courtyard to yourself most of the time. People do yoga out there and exercise as well. Gated, safe-Super safe gated area- You also get the benefit of having the Pintrest security team outside 24/7 and since it's on a less busy street, its' super quiet and safe. Super quiet-Our unit backs up to the art school, and it's quiet. I love not hearing anyone or any road noises. Free included parking-You get a parking spot with storage bins behind it for your snowboards, golf clubs ect. Close to everything-You can walk to Safeway/Walgreens easy, great sushi and dinner spots, and you can easily get onto both freeways super quick. Walking to Caltrain is also a breeze. Great neighbors-Everyone in the building is great, you can meet everyone in the courtyard, and we're all a group here to help each other out. Good parking outside-There is a ton of parking outside, some free, some paid. This is so helpful when you have friends or family, or you forgot something inside and need to run back in. It makes life easy. On-site help- We have a groundskeeper, helper who does lots around the building and will help you anytime you need it. Pet friendly We love dogs and cats and as long as you fido is housetrained, you can enjoy having your pets with you
