The location is terrific. Close to the Yale shuttle, East Rock park, and the shops on Orange. The apt is bigger than the pictures show, but our the (amazing) tenants at time of pictures had been there for 4 years and had a baby, so they accrued a lot of stuff. I am working on a floor plan and can send it to you if interested. There is a large back yard and plenty of storage in the basement. Landlord lives upstairs. We are pet friendly and the laundry in the basement is yours alone. Tenant pays for gas and electricity. (5 kW Solar on roof for this unit, so electricity should be very low) You could also move in Sept 1st or 15th. Lease will end June 30th (regardless of start date) with an option to extend 1 yr at 2% increase.
