This is a perfect space for a SINGLE person with not a ton of storage needs. No drugs, drama, or loud parties and must keep the space clean. Looking for a quiet, easy-going, low-maintenance individual that is emotionally stable and free of drama. Rent is $1,600 and includes utilities/appliances/cable TV package. Internet: not included. I use T-Mobile home internet which works well out here and I pay $50/month with no contract. Pets can be discussed.
