Mother-in-law suite is the SW wing of the main house. I live on the other side and spend most of the day in my backyard studio where I work. This is a perfect space for a SINGLE person with not a ton of storage needs. No drugs, drama, or loud parties and must keep the space clean. Looking for a quiet, easy-going, low-maintenance individual that is emotionally stable and free of drama. Rent is $1,600 and includes utilities/appliances/cable TV package. Internet: not included. I use T-Mobile home internet which works well out here and I pay $50/month with no contract. Pets can be discussed.
