Property is being taken care of should be in perfect condition when rented and I expect the renter to make sure it's in the same condition when they leave. I have a yard boy to take care of the yard No animals in the house but outside is fine.This is a three bedroom two bath house with washer dryer dishwasher freezer stove and refrigerator. No smoking inside the house, dogs must be kept outside , tenant to cover utilities. Owner will inspect property and inside house once a year. Storage unit in back yard contains owners property owner has authority to remove or add to storage unit as needed.Renter to agree to pay rent on time or $30 late fee will be added, Renter will be responsible to pay legal fees for owner if eviction is required.
