This cute 1/1 condo has full modern kitchen and bathroom. No carpet, all hardwood floors. Unit is on second floor but there is an elevator close to your apartment. Move-in, association charges app fee of $200, there is background check included in the application fee, first months rent, last months rent, and $1000 security deposit. All monies is required prior to move-in. If you would like a shorter term lease than one year, we can discuss but of course seasonal leases are more expensive. Discount given for one occupant only moving in. I am sorry no pets allowed per the association. And no smoking allowed.
