We are seeking a minimum of three month rental for high season any time between Nov-May. The unit has spectacular beach views on the side and bay and city views from every window and is within walking distance to the park and many shops and restaurants. You will fall in love with the views from every window. You can watch the dolphins play and pelicans diving for fish. You can have coffee on the Lanai or while laying in bed and watch the Sunrise and in the evening watch the mesmerizing sunsets from the other windows. At night when the beach side is dark, we can look out our other windows and see the city lights and moon sparkling over the bay. Outdoors is a Private Beachfront and Heated Pool. Inside is a fully stocked kitchen, and linen closets. We have beach chairs, sand toys and a beach umbrella, flat screen tvs in living room, and both bedrooms. There is WiFi at all common areas as well as by the pool. Master bedroom offers a king size "Sleep to Live Mattress" that will give you an incredible nights sleep. Three Month Lease..Owners pays for all utilities and internet.
