Our small private community has a Tennis & Pickleball court, pool, hot tub, pond, creek, walking paths, tons of open space, a private beach on Whitefish Lake with a swim dock, a clubhouse with a beautiful deck over the lake and under the club house you can store a kayak and paddle board for easy access. Add to the fact you are 10 minutes from the ski lodge and you realize you literally have it all! A wonderful townhome in a beautiful lake front community. The home is very near downtown. We are renting from October 1 through mid June but will consider shorter options. We cannot have bully breed dogs but other dogs are welcome. This unit can be rented for as little as 1 month up to long term. Owner pays for internet, trash and yard upkeep. All other utilities you will be billed.
