This is a perfect co-living unit designed for mid term renters or long term renters. No living area but large spacious private bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, one has two queen beds. Memory foam mattresses and each bedroom has a 65 inch smart tv for privacy. Great room style shared space with brand new appliances, including bespoke range with air fryer, mini dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and water. Large conference style table for study, work or dining. And my family's favorite: game console for competitive stress relief. Nothing like it in town. Nicest unit in the building and the location is ridiculously awesome. Walking distance to everything, bus at the street, Uber pickups, grocery stores, walmart, target, dining, everything. The views from this unit are meh, but it is super private, quiet, comfortable and tucked away. Very nice shared space. The recreation deck is spectacular. We have a huge pool, walking paths, pickle ball courts, sauna, whirlpool, gym and coin operated laundry. If coin operated laundry isn't your thing, I have a corporate account with a laundry service I can arrange for an extra fee, usually around $75 for a giant duffle. Parking can be arranged but if you don't need it, skip it. I allow 30 day, 60 day, 90 day or longer leases. Please inquire.
