Large courtyard patio with additional entrance to home in back. Home includes stove/oven, refrigerator, and comes partially furnished or unfurnished. The complex also has a gated pool for tenants. Home is close to parks, shopping and transportation. Appliances include stove/oven and fridge. Shared coin-op laundry room on site. 12 month Lease. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. The owner will pay for landscaping. When applying to lease with our company you will have to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using our firm's third-party screening service: https rpmmidcoast. If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection. DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home.
