Los Angeles Ave. (Sagecreek Apartments) in Simi Valley, CA 93063 -The apartment is 3 bed 2 bath. -1 room available with a shared full bathroom between you and 1 other person. -Full kitchen. -Washer and dryer are available inside our living space :) -Swimming pool on site -grocery store (Vons) in walking distance The most of what we ask is that you pay rent on time and are considerate of others. Room availble on 10/1/22. Cats aren't okay (allergies), but an exception might be made for dogs which would require a higher monthly rate. $345 security deposit MAY be needed depending on what our leaving roommate does with his deposit. $55 application fee required by front office.
