Austin State University. When the university is out, the population of Nacogdoches is Approximate, 25,000. About halfway in between Houston and Dallas. Not far from anything, but still have the peace and quiet of country living. I forgot to mention the wild life here. We have many deer. They come and eat corn from their feeder, and they love to eat fresh fallen plums from our 2 trees in our front yard. What a beautiful sight!!!
