Smart TV in room NO BED OR DRESSER PROVIDED * Occasionally I may need access to the back yard through your hallway if I need to use the back ramp for the wheelchair Occasionally need to use. * Once every week or so I'll need to use the laundry area that's on the guest suite side. About me, Sam, single lady w two dogs and cat. If you are not an animal person no need for interactions with them as your space is separated. My girls(dogs) are very quiet during the day while I'm gone ( my previous air bnb guests told me this.) MY dogs have a separate dog run with access on my side of the house. I work Mon-Thu 7-5ish. Friday and Saturdays I'm mostly out working on my Skoolie tiny house build that I'll be living in when the house sells. I'm pretty chill and will be packing or relaxing after work. If you're a hard worker and want a little break on rent I could use extra hands on the weekends working on my bus. Only room for ONE tenant. My home is not huge so no live in partners or kids. It would just be myself and the tenant. 1 small guest suite room/ bath for rent in 2 bedroom house for ONE tenant $800/ month pays for rent, internet and utilities. SOBER HOME, meaning No smoking of any kind, no alcohol, drugs or tobacco. There will be a 30 day trial period before any lease is signed, and before you would be allowed to receive mail at the house. (You could have a PO box until the trial period is over.) I'm SELLING MY HOME AUG 1ST 2025 so July 31st is the move out date. Deposit and last month rent due upon signing lease.
