I am happy to show you how the mini split heating and cooling units operate (I still have to refer to the manual lol). It has modern tiles, 9 ft ceilings, indoor sprinklers system and a two-car garage. With a nice walk to downtown Monroe, you can visit the Burnt Barrel and Good Brewing. It is just off the 522 7 Highway 2 corridor, central to schools, markets and other shopping. Redmond is a 30-45 min commute. To start the lease, I require the first month's rent of $1950 and a security deposit of $1950. I am trying to keep the unit's new look, but I allow small pets; please be responsible for cleaning up after them. I require a $200 pet deposit. You the renters pay for the utilities--water, trash, gas, electric and trash. Monroe water is ~$140 whether you use 1 or 4000 gallons (!). If you smoke, please smoke outside. Feel free to use the 2 car garage to park in.
