There is also a laundry room and bathroom with shower on the main floor. The upper floor of this unit has a large Master Suite with a King size bed on one side and a private living room with a private deck overlooking the lake on the other side. It also has a large bathroom with both shower and stand-alone bathtub and two-sink vanity. This rental has access to the lakeside lawn area and private docks, as well as the canoes, standup paddle boards and kayaks upon request. The unit comes with two parking spaces in front of the house. The other two parking spaces are used by the other rental unit below. A grocery store, drug store and fast food are two blocks away. The bus line on Avondale Road and the Woodinville library are only one block away. No pets, parties or smoking allowed. Utilities (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) included.
