House is close to Costco, Home Depot, Target, Fry's, Kohl's, Walmart, Sprouts and many other stores and restaurants. Renter is responsible for city water, paid monthly to the owner, ranging from $100 to $125 depending on the number of horses. Renter is responsible for establishing and maintaining electricity service through APS.
