The unit is on the 2nd floor, has tons of closet space and central heating/air conditioning (so no noisy window AC units). Walking distance to the train which is a plus for those working and commuting to downtown Chicago. Previous renters have stayed 2-7 years! If this is the type of place you are looking for, contact me. Rent is $1600 a month which includes heat, water and garbage. Your only utility bill will be electric (for lights, TV, etc) I am currently updating the unit and replacing the tile in the bathroom. 1 year lease, Owner pays for natural gas, garbage and water. Tenant pays for electric. Building is No Smoking.
