Watch the sunset from our private lake dock, enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, or visit nearby Lake Michigan beach for the day. Renting our summer cottage for the winter! This is a furnished cottage, available for the Fall 2026- Spring 2027 (dates are flexible). The cottage is located in Ferrysburg, near Smith's Bridge, 100 ft from Spring Lake, and we also have a dock on the water. 2 bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping room. 1 bathroom. 4 people maximum. Tenant is responsible for some utilities (internet, gas, electric). This property comes furnished as shown in the pics. Utilities not included, but rent and term may be negotiable for the right person. Credit check (650 min), last month's rent, deposit, and proof of income (3x rent) required.
