It's the perfect room to relax in the evening, or during a rain storm. The backyard isn't fenced and allows you to enjoy the most of the natural desert landscape and wash as possible. As you walk out onto your back yard to the right is a patio area for a table and chairs and room for potted plants. This home will be available immediate occupancy. The rental rate is $1,150 per month and the security deposit is $1,250, plus a $300 pet deposit per approved pets. 1 dog ok, under 35lbs. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verifications. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1.The applicants household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate.
