1. Requirement of 45% debt to income ratio. 2. We look for individuals with No Evictions, judgments for non-payment of rent, garnishments, utilities in collections, or open bankruptcies. 3. We would like to see a credit score of 600 or better. 4. We allow pets however, we don't accept fighting breeds of dogs such as pit-bull, pit-bull mixes, and some terriers. There is also an increased rent of $35 per pet and deposit of $200 per pet. There is a maximum of 3 pets allowed on any of our properties. 5. Anyone that is planning on moving into the property of interest that is 18 years of age or older must be listed as an applicant or co-applicant on the application. 6. Our application fee is $45 per adult.
