Hello Potential Home Buyer, My thought process is that my house is a teardown and a new large home will be built. This is the trend for homes in my area. I do not plan on showing the house. You can drive by and see the lot. It’s a great corner lot with lots of trees. Keep them or pick from the ones you want to keep with your newly built home. You already know about the great schools in Troy. The elementary and middle school are walking distance and the high school bus stop is 1 house down.
