It is in Redding, CA We are in the process of cleaning and painting the inside. It should be ready soon. This compact one-bedroom cottage in the historic Garden Tract was built in 2005 and totally remodeled in 2018. It is tucked nicely behind a 6' wooden fence. If you value privacy and security, it has a locked walk-through gate and a drive-through gate and a security front door. The previous tenant did not tell me that the electronic drive-through gate stopped working. We are in the process of trying to make the drive-through gate electronic again, but it can be used manually in the meantime. It has a small porch, a large patio and a nice-sized yard with mature trees. It is close to Sequoia School, Shasta Community Health Center and Shasta Regional Medical Center. This has 9' ceilings and a skylight. It is about 400-480 sq.ft plus laundry room. There is a 12'x12'x4' storage area behind the garage door. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and more storage. It has an antique stained-glass window and a trendy "barn" door. It has single-plank, walnut colored vinyl flooring. There is a refrigerator with a bottom freezer a two-burner cook-top, toaster oven and microwave. It does not have a full-sized oven. The rolling cabinet is 42" wide with 2 drawers and 4 doors I has a stainless top and shelf that raises for the bar stools. There is a window air conditioner and two ceiling fans for additional comfort. The bathroom has a heated vent/fan/light to keep you toasty warm in the winter mornings. All window coverings are included. This rents for $1150 a month, plus deposit. A pet may be considered with an additional deposit. A previous tenant had a cat and constructed a catio outside the kitchen window so her cat could lounge outside. We may still have the cat door which fits the window. This is a non-smoking residence. You pay 1/3 of the utilities. There is a siding gate if you wish to park behind the fence or put a vehicle there. The slab is big enough for a 21' travel trailer, and possibly two cars. I tried to show the approximate floor plan. We are currently painting the inside and having it professionally cleaned. It can be available July 1, but we can show it before. I am the owner.
