2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House. Utilities are included. Lease is 12 months and then goes month to month upon agreement with landlord and tenant. There is an early termination fee of $250 to cover the utilities, taxes, etc. The rent is due the first of the month and is $1800. There is a $1000 Security/Cleaning Deposit.
