Alterations No painting, remodeling, or permanent changes may be made without prior approval from the landlord. 10. Landlord Entry Landlord will provide 24-hour notice before entering the unit for inspections or repairs, unless there is an emergency. 11. Insurance Renter's insurance is strongly encouraged to protect tenant's personal belongings and liability. 12. Legal Compliance Tenant must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Any illegal activity may result in immediate termination of the lease.
