The utility closet with the water heater is also in the hallway and there is some additional storage in this closet as well. PET POLICY: A dog may be accepted on a case by case basis-we must discuss. There is an additional pet fee of $30 per month in addition to the non-refundable pet deposit of $300. Dog must be leashed for walks, crated when left unattended in the unit and must be picked up after outside. Tenant will also be responsible for any damages caused by the pet to any part of the premises and/or furnishings. All units are side by side, so there is a neighbor on either side of this unit. The property is on a large lot that is mostly grass and parking. There is some space in the yard behind the building before the tree line, but there is no direct access to the back yard through the back of the unit.
