To the left we have added a coat closet AND a pantry for the kitchen. The wood burner in the Living/Family room had a new door installed and the roping and glass was replaced. ( That was our heat source during construction and it really produced!!) The basement foundation is barn stone that was repointed and cleaned up. It is mainly for laundry, but you will feel like you are in a wine cellar! ( Hmmm , that is a thought. ) A new cement ledge was poured around the whole basement, and new concrete steps lead up out into the yard. And what a yard it is, complete with your very own spring fed pond! You might get a visit from Monty the muskrat, a pair of mallards, or the biggest bull frogs you have ever seen! The spring peepers provide a chorus at night like you have never heard. You can further enjoy the just over half an acre yard by sitting or grilling on the NEW very large deck that walks out from the dining room. The shed was even painted and metal roof applied to it as well, just like the home. New landscaping and window boxes provide curb appeal. All you need to do is move in and make it your own. Do NOT miss out on this gem of a property.
