The 1st bedroom fits a king size bed, dresser, etc & has a closet and window. The second bedroom fits a queen, dresser, half closet and window. The living room had a mini L couch & table, and there's even a dining room and walk in kitchen. The bathroom is decently sized. There is a laundry room in the building. The landlord is friendly and responsive. They only raises the rent about 100 a year usually and can do two year leases after the first year. Takes out of state guarantors (if needed but not mandatory) There is an exterminator that comes around every month and you and request them to visit your apt if you like. The area is awesome- There's a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by.
