All bedrooms fit a queen size bed and a dresser, have a closet and a window. Spacious living room. The landlord is friendly and responsive. They only raise the rent about $100-$150 yearly but because it's a small landlord you can negotiate the raises with them. Out of state guarantors accepted, if needed, but they are not mandatory. There is a free exterminator that comes around every month. You can also request a visit more frequently, if you wish. VanderBorgh Realty we take only one application.
