This 2nd floor walk-up has many popular restaurants, bars and shops nearby and is located just 2 short blocks from the L-Train at the Montrose Avenue stop. There is Chiara's Pizzeria and a local laundry mat just steps from the property. The apartment has hardwood floors, lots of windows, some of which overlook a courtyard outside. Though Graham Avenue can be quite busy at times, the unit has a reduced street noise, because it is located in the rear of the property with another building in front of it (see photos). There is a courtyard in the middle of both buildings which you walk through to access this apartment. The courtyard is usable by tenants, however no loud parties are allowed. Tenants must be respectful of their neighbors. The hardwood floors have been refinished, and the kitchen was also renovated in 2021. Some things to consider about this unit before scheduling a tour are that the bedroom windows are directly facing a neighboring building, and that the bathroom is petite.
