Propane and charcoal grills or any form of open fire are strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refunds. Electronic noise monitoring is in use, and guests are responsible for any fines levied for violations of local regulations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
