Available March 1st. **The apartment is located above a cocktail bar/restaurant that features live music twice a week. It's usually bluegrass or jazz and you can audibly hear it in the apartment. Music ends around 11pm. **The master bedroom windows face the main avenue. If you are a light sleeper, or tend to complain about noise, this is NOT the apartment for you. **This is NOT a party house. If you are trying to live your best life, I encourage you to do so, outside of the apartment. **The apt is centrally located in downtown Jersey City, within a 1-2 block walking distance from most of the popular restaurants, bars, PATH train, supermarket/local produce market, liquor store, hospital, etc. The room for rent is a very spacious Master bedroom with an attached smaller bedroom that can be used as an office space, walk in closet, or tv room. The bedroom also has a private entrance! Plenty of sunlight, and hardwood floors. I own two well-mannered dogs so no more pets, sorry! THIS IS A RAILROAD style apartment. Access to all communal living space is via the private entrance to the main apartment door (which means a 10 foot walk outside of the apartment). No cigarette smoking in the house! utilities range from $100-150 and WIFI is $30/month. Must love dogs! I have a 7 lb chihuahua and an 80 lb Shepard mix. Both super friendly. I've lived here for several years and I am very proud of the space I call home. I expect for my roommates to respect the space equally. Zero tolerance for racism, misogyny, LGBTQ hate speech, Trump supporters!
