2021 We are do a new private drive is in progress. 2020-2021 We redone bath room and laundry room.we have added a half bath in laundry room. also adding a drive to the barn with gravel...3beds 1.5 bath has a office and storage in attic....new as of 5/1/19 metal roof... has a old barn. And 3 out buildings. There is a few hunting blinds on property one is a pop up camper that bult up in air to trees.. there are plenty of wildlife. There is one deed of 42.7 and another that is 3.5 more or less and its more. Can show it's 7.68 acres. there is city water and 3 natural springs.. there is good hi speed internet up to 100bps... The kitchen still needs upgraded and just a few repairs now.. it quit here and none ever bothers you a few good trails to ride 4 wheelers . Room to grow.. it's just my kids allergies just cant handle it and we are deciding to relocate again.. there is a couple open fields as well as wooded areas. very quite... We have cut a few trees to help pay for the drive. We will be doing more the longer we are here but hope to sell and move back home as wife mom just passed from covid and we are hoping to sell to get back and help her father..2021... . We bout the place a few yrs ago for 110000 with all the up dates and driveway work we have spent another 70k so we have over 180000.00 in to willing to lose out at 140000. No rent to own no renting as we live here and selling to by in a different state.
