Private blue-grey painted room with some carpet and a nice big window looking into the back yard. The back yard has a fire pit for grilling, covered patio, and a shed I keep lawn care equipment in. I have Metro-Net Wi-Fi, it is the best there is. Shared washer and dryer, big kitchen, central air/heat, garage. No smoking inside. Lease is month to month, you or I can terminate. 10 days notice required. Lease is for 1 person. Additional occupants allowed at an increased rate. Clean up kitchen, shared bathroom and other common areas after yourself. No pets. No drugs. Respect others quiet time. Guests allowed for short term visits (48 hours). Anything longer on a case by case basis, anything over 2 weeks needs to be added to the lease. I reserve the right to require your guests to leave if they disrupt the harmony of the residence. You provide your own dish detergent, laundry stuff, soap, TP etc. I provide electricity, gas, trash service and Wi-Fi. Please don't eat my or other tenants' food. Please do not use my tools. First month lease can be pro-rated.
