Rise and shine and enjoy your coffee and laptop while watching the surfers hit the waves. A very short, 25 yard stroll gets your toes in the sand. At sunset, visit the beach club for drinks on the deck. Must pay an additiontal $100 per guest for an Identification card to enter the pool area, gym and tennis court. The $100 is paid for at the Property. Additionally, each guest must provide us in advance with the full name of whomever decides to obtain an ID card. We are looking for a 12 month lease. The property is fully furnished but furniture can also be removed. Furniture deposit will apply if the furniture is kept in place. Unit has been fully remodeled and only used for vacaction rentals up to this summer!
