This place is ready to live in, and is especially useful if you like to cook because it is furnished with so many cooking supplies. It is located at 17th and Franklin--right next to St. Joseph Hospital. You will love this location. 17th street is full of great restaurants and coffee shops and downtown is a short mile bike ride away on the 16th street bike path. The unit is also directly next to a Starbucks, 7-eleven, and Einstein Bagels. I'm looking for a renter who is clean and will treat my condo well. I am renting this unit out on a month to month basis, and it is currently free to rent as long as desired. I am asking $2,000 a month. This excludes your energy bill, which will be charged in addition. Payment will be required up front, and the lease can start any day of the month. I will also require a $750 security deposit.
