This apartment is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby. It's only about a 10-minute drive to MSU campus and a 20-minute drive to downtown Lansing. The apartment complex is pet-friendly. Free parking is available in the lot in front of the apartment building, and covered parking is available for an additional fee. We are moving out of state and are looking for someone to sublease the apartment for the duration of our lease, which ends on July 14, 2019. We are offering an additional $100 off the rent price for the first two months. After the contract ends, you would have the option to extend the lease for another year (or shorter term, if needed). Tenant must pay security deposit (amount determined by leasing office); each tenant 18 yrs+ must pay $50 application fee; heat, water, sewer, and trash are billed separately by the leasing office (usually costs us around $50); tenant is responsible for electricity and internet; pets accepted but requires $200 nonrefundable fee plus $20/month.
