Centrally located, the house is within walking distance of groceries stores, and restaurants. This is a safe neighborhood, and we will practice social distancing. The room is for a single occupant. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, and no overnight guests allowed. This is a shared bathroom. Must be willing to undergo criminal and credit checks with an application fee.
