Be the first resident in this beautifully renovated English basement unit in the northwest DC neighborhood of DuPont Circle! Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this apartment offers one bedroom and one bathroom, with 975 square feet of living space. Recessed lighting throughout allows the unit to feel bright and open, and the flooring is a wood-look ceramic tile with under floor heating. The unit also features separate heating and cooling from the unit above, in addition to a centralized dehumidification system. Upon entry you're greeted with a lovely vestibule that features a decorative tiled wall, hooks for coats, and a bench. From the vestibule you enter the entrance hallway, which offers a coat closet and space for a credenza or other furnishing of your choosing. The living room is located at the front of the unit and features the large front bay window of the property, painted brick walls, and exposed ductwork. Past the entry hall your entry is the kitchen, which has been excellent designed! Features include new high-end cabinetry, quartz counters, under cabinet lighting, a custom island for additional prep work or seating, and a large pantry. All of the appliances are new and include an induction range, a retro styled refrigerator, a microwave, a cabinet-paneled dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The closet housing the new washer and dryer is also located in this part of the unit. Continuing through the unit you'll next come to the bathroom, which features handsomely tiled walls, a backlit mirror.
