Parking is available on site with your own dedicated parking space and a visitor parking space for $20 for the duration of your rental. This is a month to month rental and each new monthly renewal is contingent upon monthly inspection to ensure the unit is being cared for adequately. A departure cleaning of $200 will be collected at move in.
