We do not have parties, but we will occasionally have "dinner parties" with small groups of friends or family, or will have an elderly father stay occasionally with his dog. The home is in Reunion Commerce City, a very quiet and safe neighborhood. 15 minutes from DIA, 15 minutes from Barr Lake, about 25 minutes from downtown Denver. Lots of walking trails in the neighborhood and close to Bison Rec Center. There are two pools in the neighborhood $5 dollars per entry. Looking for a month to month lease at first, then hoping to find a long term roommate for the right person/people. This space would be ideal for a college student or single person, single parent with one child, or a quiet couple. We're very friendly, but not wanting to make friends or spend time with our renters. Not wanting to share spaces. No smoking in the home, smoking outside is ok. No drugs or alcohol, no parties. If you're looking for a safe, quiet and drama free home, this is it!
