this is a 1/4 share in the lot ownership, there is an addendum that will need to be tweaked prepared previously by an attorney to transfer 1/4 share soley for access to Tahoe Park. There will be some fees (transfer of 1/4 +- $500) and annual fees all pro rated. Only one party deals with the association details to discuss but a good opportunity to have a great membership at a reasonable cost!
