All the homes in this neighborhood are on at least 1/2 acre of property. Most of the properties are Ponderosa Pine trees, with little or no landscaping. Home range in age from the 1960's to 2009. Some are cedar sided and some are stucco. Any street that's called "Way" is actually a cul-de-sac. Neighbors are friendly and walk themselves and their dogs along all the streets in the area. The neighborhood is gorgeous in the winter after a fresh snow fall. Just amazingly beautiful. The street this home is on is a school bus route, and is plowed regularly after snow storms. Makes it quite easy to get in and out. And in the summer, you can smell the wonderful aroma of the trees. Temperatures in the summer are milder than in Colorado Springs, which is 10 miles to the south. It's a very quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood.
