Price reflects the view, but can be negotiated considerably lower, according to terms ($29K for all cash sale). The photo shows Denali on the far left, along with panoramic clear day mountain view, near and far. I believe this is the last available lot on the hill with a distant view of Denali (Former Mt McKinley) and surrounding mountains. Over 100' of fairly new gravel road frontage, then down & back 400' or so into the partly warm or hot spring-fed (I'm told) valley. Lot is scrubby & wild but can be tamed if one chooses. No improvements have been made, other than select tree removal for view. Some neighbors can be seen, but one would need to search hard with binoculars to find any homes, etc, into and across the valley. Looking north, all nature, with moose often seen below, and I'm told they have bedded down on the lot, and black bear are often spotted. Look up during migration and the sky may be filled with snow geese, which may also fill one of the two lakes down below. Also, listen for the sand hill cranes which also migrate through there, probably twice a year for both. Colorful plant life, some of it edible. I see potential for solar, wind or geothermal energy. No power lines yet, or other utilities. Neighbors successfully drilled for their water. Best to call or text, as I don't keep up with my email.
