Parking is available in the building for $35 per day, and monthly rental is available for $180 per month plus a one-time fee of $25, minimum 4 months required *rates subject to change. Please note that Ilikai Marina does not have a swimming pool or fitness center. Building management periodically schedules maintenance and pest control treatments. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. Violations may result in fines assessed by building management, and guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.
