This home is available for a minimum 30 day lease up to one year. This is a non-smoking home. A full two car garage as well as 4 driveway parking spaces are provided. Street parking is not allowed. There is room for an RV or a truck and trailer on the driveway. Cars that leak oil are not permitted on the property. Up to two dogs are permitted, please contact your host to discuss the breed of dog and size. All exterior maintenance is included. Utilities are included (electric, water, trash, gas, internet). Utilities typically cost the homeowner less than $500 per month. If utilities run higher than $500 in a given month, the tenant will be responsible for the overage. Renter insurance is required.
