    What's special

    The house is one story. One of 3 private rooms is the master bedroom, which is occupied by wife/husband. Either of the 2 other bedrooms is available for rent, and there is a separate bathroom the tenant would use and would not have to share as we are only looking for single room occupancy. Each of the open bedrooms has a closet, a main window, and a ceiling fan (rooms are not furnished). The rooms are carpeted but the bathroom has tile flooring. The bathroom has a combination tub/showerhead, and the toilet itself is next to the tub. One of the bedrooms was recently painted (we are planning to paint all of the walls in white), and the plug-in fixtures were recently changed as well. If you would like, you could change the doorknob to your room to ensure more privacy, but please give the wife/husband the old doorknob for safekeeping. Shared spaces include the garage, kitchen, washer/dryer room, front living room area, and the front and backyards. No smoking cigarettes inside the home (there is plenty of space outside). No illicit substances, including marijuana. No excessive drinking/getting drunk. No pets. If you plan on having family and/or friends over, please notify owner at least 24 hours in advance. No overnight guests. No loud noise after 10pm. The garage and driveway are for parking only, please no oil changes. Rent is due by the fifth of the month, and is month-to-month. All bills pertaining to the house (i.e., utilities, internet, PG&E) will be split by everyone in the home and paid at the end of the month. However, if you want to have your own internet service, then you would not have to contribute to our current internet bill, though other bills would still be split. If rent is not paid on time and no notice/reason is provided for late rent payment, or the above lease terms are violated, there will be a 30-day notice provided to vacate. The pictures you will see are of each of the two rooms along with the bathroom. Pictures of the house will be included as well.
